F30 320i/ any Sportline Cosmetc changes
Hi Guys, I am wondering are there any of you out there that have done some cosmetic upgrades to your 320i.
I am looking for some ideas, cant find any on the net. I am thinking bootlid spoiler, covering my white mirror caps with gloss black adding the ///M stripes on the kidney grills (I know I know... you guys that have got the ///M cars will frown upon this) . As a matter of fact, I am trying to find an aftermarket M3/M4 grill, obviously ill remove the M3/M4 badge. Furthermore, I am looking for nice spoiler lips that looks good with the sportline but could not find any on e-bay/Ali express that I like, they all make the car look square. I added some images of the things Im on about. Would appreciate some input and or retailer suggestions, Im in South-Africa so these kind of things are scares here, and damn expensive if you can find it. |

if you could post a picture of your car, it will probably help us out a bit as to let you know what is best suited for your car. out of the things that you suggested, personally I would drop the M-striped grill.

Firstly, I think a drop would benefit your car nicely. Slapping on a bunch of external upgrades without altering the stance of your car, will look a bit funny. Im assuming those are 18s, but I dont know if the sportline is already lowered, judging from the arch gap, i dont think so. maybe a 30-40mm drop will definitely make a huge change.
then a couple of subtle mods will suit it nicely. Like a matt black grill, some CF mirror caps, CF boot lid and the front lip you posted doesnt look too bad. maybe also consider changer your bumper whiskers from grey to black, if you're not upgrading the whole bumper. but then again, thats what I would do. its all a matter of personal preference and taste. just get it right the first time, since things can get pretty costly |

Just voids the warranty on the factory absorbers. They could also void the warranty on the joints if they wanted to be strict about it since lowering a car changes the tension on those points. With that said though, those items rarely go bad anyhow.
