The Leds are the High Intensity LED from Burger . I ordered the Doorsill straight from BMW, they are much clearer then in the picture.

Don't forget to +" if you like or I inspire.

Its not overpowering at all. One thing that sucks is I can no longer dim my floor lights.

Why do you say it is Too hi-res? I have never heard this as an issue. Are you still on 56k?

Haha I guess he suffered from a slow internet connection while opening your picture, like I did. Props on the lights though, only wish you could dim them.

I like the illuminated door sills. Are they the battery powered or did you have to hard wire them?

Yup, I was on 3G. Now, on wifi, it loads quickly!

I believe these are from BMW. Someone on the forum put up a DIY on installing them. Said they were battery powered (Battery inside them) hence no wiring whatsoever.

As nickhelou said, they are not hard wired. You simply remove the old ones and place these in the same space. The add a magnet to the underside of your car (Have had plenty of car washes, never fell off). It stays lit for 30 seconds everytime you open the door. IMO very nice and clean upgrade. I can show you some pics of the install if you want.
