Do you get pulled over for window tints?

Hi friends,

Just got 20% on the rear and 35% on the front for my m4.

I'm just concerned with whether I'll get pulled over by the cops.

Obviously there is always the possibility, but I'd like to know what my odds are here.

How likely am I to get pulled over with 20/35?

Thank you!

Honestly it depends on which city you live in and the mood of the officer. It's just luck of the draw. 35 all around is typically safe. But the 20 up front is def more noticeable.

Depends. I've been pulled over three or four times in a span of 5 years for window tints haha. It's been a good two to three years since I've been pulled over for tints. It's all up to the mood of the officer and the city you're in. Obviously, the quieter neighborhoods will typically have cops that have nothing better to do than to pull people over for petty things like tints.

35% front is relatively safe. Rears can go as dark as you want so it doesn't matter.

LOL, yeah the ones on two wheels are the most ruthless. In my 12 year history of driving I've been pulled over more for no front plate displayed than tint.

I have about 6 no front plates vs 2 tints.
