Take over my lease - 2014 428i x-drive, alpine white on coral red

I am trying to find someone looking to lease a 428i with x-drive, so I can upgrade to a 435. I was able to negotiate a really good price on this car, so this lease is a sweet deal. The details are as follows:

Alpine White Exterior, Coral Red Leather Interior
Premium Package (Navigation, Alarm, Comfort Access, Rear View Camera, Park Distance Control)
ConnectedDrive Services (Traffic, Internet)
Performance Wheel Package (19" Wheels)
Excess Wear and Tear Package (Cover's $7500 worth of damage at end of lease)

Monthly Payment After Tax: $824.99
Residual: $24,727.50
Lease Ends: Sept 2018
4 year 80000 km Warranty (Free Maintenance)
Current mileage: 10500 km, 80000 km allowed

You pay the lease transfer fee.

How much security dep you put down ?

I think he just wants you to pay transfer fee and thats it. Meh the deal is not that great. You could probably get 428 GC for slightly lower monthly payment, but its not terrible

There is no cash incentive, however I think the lease payment is lower than what you could get if you went to the dealership today and tried to lease a 428 coupe. I was able to get 8% off of the list price. I didn't put down any security deposit. I have also only driven it a little over 10k in 8 months, so there are roughly 21,250km/year available.

Oh! Normally, the person wanting to get out of the current lease will have something as incentive to entice for someone who is on the hunt for a takeover. Just saying.
