turning left or right suspension clunk

I have a clunking noise when turning the wheel left or right when stationary and driving. The noise seems to come from the front right wheel, which has just had a new spring fitted. the noise sounds like the spring tension kind of sound, the spring is properly seated on the rubber and everything looks fine, any ideas? thanks

Just experienced something similar - Ended up being a loose lower control arm. Tightened it up and everything is solid.

You may want to jack the car up & while a friend is turning the wheel you can try to get under there and see where the sound is coming from.

Also, springs are generally replaced in pairs, I'm just curious why you would only replace one?
