09 335i handbrake noise after use
When ever I apply then release the handbrake, it will make noises in a pattern. (Not constant)
Its like the brake is still lightly touching the rear rotors. Also it feels kinda loose too. What should I do? I read online that I maybe should tighten the handbrake, but I just want to make sure I won't messed up the brake. (Never done a brake DIY before)

If you haven't done any brake work, let me suggest take it to an Indy and let them adjust it properly. Its very easy to screw it up and it might make your problem worse.
It shouldn't be very expensive. Also, the noise you are hearing may just mean some of the cables, etc. need to be lubed. Probably nothing serious. |
