Door pins at different heights

Hi all when unlocked my driver side door pin is lower than passenger side any thoughts? My car is 320i e93 58 plate thanks

Remove door panels and bend or straighten the rods to adjust the pins..

Cheers the pins wont screw down then? As i have seen chrome aftermarket ones that screw on.
