Engine Whine At Start Up

Hey i have a 2007 BMW 335i coupe and when i start it up it makes a whine noise usually goes away after a minute, also wen i rev on park it whines aswell but wen driving no, could this be pully tensioner or transmission issue, pls help!

I have the same issue with my 07 335i with 90k miles on it and am currently waiting for parts. You need to replace both idler pulleys, belt tensioner and belt. If I were you I would order the parts asap and stop driving it if the squeal does not stop as the belt might slip off and create some damage. See attached video how to identify the problem.
