Problem with Dakota leather

Hi folks

Anyone seen any problems like this? The panel between the cushion and the base of the seat appears to have changed colour? The passenger seat and the rear seats are all fine, and I haven't used any cleaning product on the seat. Had the car for 5 months, and it's about 2 years old.

I'm not to impressed with the dakota leather. Although it hasn't changed in shade as OP, i have found out mine's is starting to flatten out the hide at a point where my house keys in back pocket is in contact.
Tried cleaning the leather but not much cope. All other seats have no trouble.
