There was a programme about that on TV a few years back, from the programme I don't recall drugs being a factor, it was a bizzar incident.

She went on to kill someone after too. No drugs involved. They suffered from psychosis.

How bizarre and intriguing. So no drugs it seems, but extreme mental health problems. Astonishing that this wasn't picked up earlier as soon as drugs misuse was ruled out. If it was then she may not have gone on to murder someone.

It also shows how difficult it can be to restrain someone with mental health/drug/alcohol problems. So when you see on the news someone with 4-6 police officers restraining them and the left/liberal press get in a tizzy about excessive force, remember this.

Thanks for this thread Teaston. I have been very interested to read about the sisters and the whole case generally. I think the whole twin thing (folie a deux) adds to the unusual nature of the case. As stated, the mental health issues and potential risk were really missed and that seems to have led to the later murder.

Mental health issues or not that is a very selfish way to attempt suicide.

If I was the poor Bastard that hit them I would have probably got nicked for trying to finish the job after the initial shock had gone.

And then one of the crazy bitches gets up and does it on the opposite carriage way.

I really don't think they were attempting suicide and I don't think they were being selfish. I would say it's way beyond those things. They were completely out of touch with reality-as in very deluded. One of them told the police 'you are not real'. Obviously it's horrible for everyone who got caught up in it. Very unusual situation in that there were 2 of them and of course were identical twins.

Dumb ass, lame excuses for humans?

I hope you or no one in your family ever suffers from a mental illness.

Yes actually a very close family member, and I had to live with the consequences every day. I have deleted my post and original reply to this message. I'm just bitter that these pair survived running into a motorway for whatever reasons whilst my brother was killed by a speeding motorist in just a 30mph zone.

As for the women in the video, did someone post above that one of them in later life kills someone? I assume you're ok with if it was your wife/child/innocent person in the street. Is it ok because they're ill?

Anyway I'll think I'll steer clear of this thread. teaston any chance of a delete. Bit raw this one.
