Wait till after startup.
There is a vacuum valve that is closed during cold start-ups. It will open when ready. If you didn't plug the vacuum valve back into the new exhaust, well there is your issue |

The valve is plugged in. I love in new york so it's freezing maybe that's the case haha thank you

Thanks haha! I was stressing out good to hear it's normal the exhaust sounds great though I love the popping.
