I really noticed the difference when I put the factory exhaust back on my e92 M3 tow days ago. Wow, what an improvement the AE exhaust provided. Night and day!

Someone snag this up at a killer price.

Is there any rust on the thing? Also fwiw how does the warranty work? I have a leased car so as long as I return it back to stock there shouldn't be any problem, right?

I believe these are made of stainless steel.... any discoloration would be due to heat. I believe you are correct as far as the warranty is concerned... should not be an issue.
