Blue paint and OEM deck lid spoiler on my SRT4 back in the drew way too much attention back in the day.

Most of these are popular with teen/college age drivers so it's not surprising. But Mercury Topaz, poor thing? Also where are all the douchebag F150 drivers? I always see trucks speeding, running red lights and doing multiple lane changes with no blinker. Wait, those are off duty cops!

The mercury topaz is probably the mid-west baby-mama drug-mule vehicle. Cops see those with 3k worth of rims on them and are like:
"RoOOOOoo, pull the car to the side of the road NOW!" |

I've never been ticketed (for a moving violation) in my montego blue bmw. And I'm pretty much always the fastest car in my area.
It's not like a blue car doesn't stand out. I think it's the driving style, more than anything. Tailgating at speed will focus a cop's attention on you like a laser. So will slicing in and out of tight traffic.

Got so much ticket with my old wrx so that study is on to something.
Also, I think most bmw drivers who are speedsters are smart enough to have built in radar detector for all that power |

What does that list have in common, i would said they are cars that younger people tend to drive. Yes we have a fair share of younger people driving BMW but as whole the I suspect the population of BMW drivers are older and we tend to be well behaved and we smarter and we know how not to get caught.
