Question about My BMW Remote App with Connected Drive package
I took a delivery of M3 about month ago and I am still not able to get My BMW Remote app working successfully. Every time I log into the app I get the following Warning Message.
No activated services. Please contact BMW Assist for further support. The only feature that’s working is Vehicle Finder, but none of the other feature is available. I have contacted BMW Assist/Dealer but no one seems to have a clear answer as to why I am getting the Warning message or what other feature should be available in My BMW Remote app. I am using the Android version 2.0.1 if it makes any difference Thanks. |

Yeah it's not working for me as well.

It's not working for me either on my iPhone 5s. I'm only able to locate the vehicle. However, none of the options in the "tools" panel display for me. I have called BMW assist to fix this but nothing's yet been resolved. Time for another call...

Of course, one of the product specialist at my dealer said “Everything on my end is working properly” How do you respond to that?
Anyway, when I contacted the BMW Assist, they said since I can successfully login to the App (even though I get a warning message about No activated services). They will not provide further assistant to Canadian customer. |
