You'll have to remove the wheel and wheel liner to get to it from behind the bumper.

You can use an old credit car or pry tool to pry it off. Pry it straight up slowly so you don't accidentally break the headlight washer nozzle or clips.

Ok, if that's the CAP - what is the part which goes IN the cap?
Don't mean to hijack the thread, but parts say it is a telescoping nozzle (61677179311) and I'm thinking it is FIXED not telescoping.

Trying to piece together a retrofit - all I need is the nozzle which fits in that cap - I ended up here because it finally helped me find the cap!

edit: This is the cap: 51118041150
edit: Apparently THIS is what goes in it: 61678044541 but what does it clip INTO?

The caps clip into the front bumper, nozzles are attached to the trim surrounding the headlight. Nozzles on e9x M3 are fixed and regular e9x have telescoping nozzles and their caps are attached directly to the nozzle.

Hi,

One of my headlight washer caps has disappeared. I'm not sure how but it seems to have just popped off.

I'm going to order another one and get it painted, but can anybody advise whether they are just clipped in or should they also be stuck down in some way? I don't want to lose the next one in the same way...

Cheers

Jack
