Bmw connected drive

Is using the 3g sim card internet browser on the M4 to surf news, sports, and etc included in the bmw assist? Or charged separately? Also can you create a mobile hotspot in the M4 through the 3g sim card?

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. I'm also not clear on if or how I can send map waypoints to the car.
