E92-Lighting Interior LED Kit
So I bought a E92 Interior LED kit last year when I got my car but going back and forth between school I thought I misplaced it/threw it away but I found it again. Also this summer I bought another set as I had thought the first one was gone but I need money for more important mods and don't really care for LEDS to be honest. It was an impulse buy TWICE haha. I paid $78 for both kits with shipping. I am wanting to sell for $55 which I think is fair. Keep in mind these are BNIB never been used. Save $23 ! |

I bought these from you in July and am still awaiting shipment. After countless times trying to get in touch with you to get these, you keep giving excuses as to why they haven't shipped. Will you please make this right??? It's not too much to ask for an item after 6 months? Otherwise, would appreciate a refund via PayPal please. Note, I've sent you emails and texts and am awaiting your reply. |

I paid using PayPal. Waited too long to file a claim, so now outside the window to file a dispute.
This member has replied, but inconsistently. Gave him the benefit of the doubt as he kept saying that he would ship another way/time/after exams/etc. Thus 6 months has passed by. I guess I was too trusting. My mistake. Buyer beware. |

VW J (Silverbullete91), I have emailed you back. According to my PayPal the refund was processed and completed on October 8th, 2014. I think there is a misunderstanding going on. I also got no PM or text from you, I was just checking my posts and saw this thread had been bumped. I have also emailed you, please email me or PM me back asap so we can get this figured out .
Also for the record, I shipped these out twice and there was some issue with the postal code or something so they were returned. I spent a good amount of money shipping them from US to Canada and for this whole ordeal you went through the I said that I was going to give them to you for free. That is still the deal just email or PM me back you can also text me you have my number. |

I received your email and replied - please read for details. No need to air everything on e90 forums. I'm just looking to get the items that I paid for and expected. I've stopped searching for these items thinking that they'll arrive someday. I'm currently in the US (for another few days) so you can ship these to me at a fraction of the cost. Let's work this out over email and will indicate here once everything has resolved. I'm not out to get anyone, just expecting to receive what I paid for... |

These were shipped a few weeks ago international packages take a few weeks. You do remember we were trying to meet up while you were down here as well.
If you wan I can scan copies of the receipt when I shipped them. Or I can refund you if You no longer want to wait. I have no intention of ruining my rep over a small sale. You can also email me or text me letting me know what you want to proceed with. |

Wow, that's a really ignorant comment. Note that in this case, it is the seller who has not held up his end of the deal. I'm just asking that he follow through on making this right.

I've been waiting for your response and no longer want to wait for the alleged package. I will post here indicating that I wish to receive a refund for this sale. If you truly meant what you wrote below, please follow through. This is my last attempt to reach out to you to resolve this situation. Given that you PM inbox is full, and your lack of response by other means, I will give you until Feb 20 to reply.
