No. P1, 918 Spyder, LaFerrari, and other street-legal but strange cars are faster. Also, nobody knows the lap-time of the Huayra. But among normal production cars, yes this would be the fastest one, followed by 911 GT2 RS (997) and LFA N-Ring Edition.

Based on this list, it is the 2nd (or 3rd, not sure if Gumbert Apollo is street legal) fastest street legal car.
