For fans the doc is really good went right back to the genesis of the band.
I Saw them twice, first was a Moving Pictures Tour at MSG and the more recent one was the Snakes and Arrows Tour at Jones Beach. Wish I saw them more times. Peart was and always will be an absolute monster of the kit.
Oh he loved it, it was probably his 4th-5th time seeing them. My dad is 68 and still sings/plays bass in cover bands around town now, so I grew up with all this stuff.

Saw Metallica for the black album tour......I was 10-11? We've taken each other to a lot of concerts over the years.

I think in just the last few years I've seen Metallica, Deftones, Black Sabbath, Def Leppard, Tesla, Mastodon, Gojira, Dream Theater, Smashing Pumpkins, Miranda Lambert (that one was for the girlfriend), The Melvins, Marilyn Manson, and others.

When I was younger I got to see Motorhead open for Dio. Alice In Chains (with Layne Staley) open for Ozzy. ZZ Top, Sepultura, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse, etc, etc.

I've been lucky to go to a lot of great shows.

This tour where all the drones come out of the stage during "Moth into Flame" was just unbelievably awesome!

Live music is nothing like studio music. One of my favourite concerts was Bad Religion supported by Blink 182, it was awesome.

https://youtu.be/AutiV46dbykI just stumbled upon this video on youtube. It starts off a little slow & light hearted, gets really intense for the bulk in the middle, then laid back & mellow at the end.
The drumming starts at 10.00 for those inclined.
