1- Shaved pubis/balls etc
2- Trimmed but not 100% shaved? (Perhaps trimmed pubis but shaved balls and shaft)
3- Natural full bush

I figured it may be the same for us men, then? Not a big deal but sometimes too much hair is not cool... not much difference between full shaved and well trimmed...

May I ask a follow up question: is the hesitance in answering 1 because it sometimes may make it look like a child?

Find a decent body hair trimmer and trim all of your body hair. Not completely shaved off, not too short but all one length. Keep the shaft and balls shaved clean, leave a little hair everywhere else.

I've yet to try trimming my legs entirely... figured it'd look weird.

Armpits chest and legs I usually use a #3 gaurd. It doesn't look like it's been shaved but keeps it from getting out of control. I also keep the back as close to no hair as possible.
