Les Blues play very well together but the Croats have heart not to mention unbelievable stamina. The Runners up match and the finals may both prove to be some of the most exciting Finales in quite some time.

Being half French, France is one of the teams I have been rooting for, but this Croation group does have so much heart. How can anybody not pull for them at this point.

Let us hope. It would be nice to see an open game . With non-stop counter attacks .
From what I saw the teams are tired . After 30 min. their game goes slower.

They're most likeable team in the cup and also the best. Sneaky French stole the final from them with negative and destructive counter football.

Also, what's up with that crazy French tradition of playing a non scoring and slow nr. 9? Giroud is rubbish, just like Bellone and Guivarch before him.

Yeah I know . But that's the French game . Not nice for watching , but it seemed very effective and they showed that it works against Belgium !
Martínez had to change the Belgian tactics during the game . He knows the French team better than we do...

I can hear it here everywhere..The loss is due to Martínez !
Of course for us it's always easy to talk after the game..

Everybody hates Fellaini, but tbh he is unplayable. Why on earth did Martinez substitute him when he was the biggest threat winning headers and at the same time Mertens started pumping crosses in the box?

But hey let's cheer up, the true class acts Hazard, De Bruyne, Lukaku and Courtois are still only 25-27 years old. Now go on and win EURO 2020!

Indeed ! Hazard's accelerations in the counter attacks and ball control is like magic

De Bruyne and Lukaku were not 100% against France . Think they had tired legs..
During a tournament , recuperation (recovery) is everything !

I honestly thought the best game so far was Belgium vs Brazil
loved that game..
thought for sure that was the real finals game
then they collapsed against the French (bad breaks really)
kudos to the French theyre a good team

Big waste of time and really the only flaw with how the WC is run. Who wants to be confirmed to be third place or fourth place. Both teams have lost and this game just lets one team know they are the bigger loser.

I think that match for third place will be much more spectacular than the final. I would like to be mistaken, but it seems to me that the final will be boring and viscous thanks to the French.

I don't think it will as both teams will be playing their B and C players similar to the first matchup.

I agree. Complete waste of time. The club season starts in less than 30 days and the last thing the players want to do is wait around for a consolation game. I wish they would get rid of it. The Euros don't do it.
