NSA Whistleblower: Gov't Collecting Everything You Do, Interview w NSA Technical Dir.

The 27min Interview you are not going to want to skip....

Abby Martin interviews former Technical Director of the National Security Agency, Bill Binney, who blew the whistle on warrantless spying years before Edward Snowden released the evidence. They discuss the US empire's mass surveillance program and dangers of the Intelligence Industrial Complex.

Binney received a personal award for integrity in whistleblowing from Peter A. Allard, founder of the Allard Prize for International Integrity.

William Binney & Kirk Wiebe - NSA Whistleblowers at Enterprise Security and Risk Management Nov 2017

Veteran National Security Agency official Kirk Wiebe helped develop the data processing system ThinThread, which he believed could have potentially prevented the 9/11 attacks. But the NSA sidelined ThinThread instead of the problem-plagued experimental program Trailblazer, which cost taxpayers billions of dollars. Wiebe was among the NSA officials to face retaliation for blowing the whistle on Trailblazer. During his career he received honors, including the NSA's second highest award, the Meritorious Civilian Service Award, the Director of CIA's Meritorious Unit Award, and a Letter of Commendation from the secretary of the Air Force. Wiebe joins us to tell his story and to respond to the White House-appointed panel to recommend NSA reforms. We also speak with Ben Wizner, an attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union who is helping to coordinate Edward Snowden's legal defense.

My life isn’t that interesting so let them spy on me.

The government does so many things we don’t know about and I am ok with that.

Guys like you make great Fucking "Sheeple"..... Instead I believe in the Constitution

Electronic surveillance by the Government is strictly limited by the Constitution and Federal Law

The law on surveillance begins with the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, which states clearly that Americans' privacy may not be invaded without a warrant based on probable cause.

United States Constitution
Fourth Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (emphasis added)

The US Supreme Court (US v. Katz 389 US 347) has made it clear that this core privacy protection does cover government eavesdropping. As a result, all electronic surveillance by the government in the United States is illegal, unless it falls under one of a small number of precise exceptions specifically carved out in the law.

Well get off your device and do something about it! You go make them stop!

I believe in it as well but there is nothing we can do to completely stop it from happening. We might be able to stop them from doing somethings but they will just find another way.

How about you tell me how to fix it instead of complaining about it and calling people names.

Of course we can and it begins with waking up the "Sheeple" and sharing "real interviews" and "real information" rather than turning on the Establishment/Corporate Tel-a-Lie-Vision ...

Let them spy. I will say that if they have footage of my bedroom activities, I would like a copy. I could use the footage to start a business of training porn stars on how to do it properly.

I dunno, I think his statement was accurate. Last night, your mom told me that I was even better than Rudi and that I should take that as a huge compliment, especially from someone with as much experience as her. So some gals seem to agree.

I'll be honest here. I tried to come up with something good to follow this with and I just can't do it today. Perhaps it's the lack of sleep, the carne asada tacos with cilanto lime sauce I had for lunch or the overexertion of sex with RD's mum last night but I just can't.

Here, let me make it up with a random Archer line quoting something else that we can all just kinda chuckle to.

"If I knew it was going to be one of those kind of parties....something, something, something.....mashed potato's."

The NSA (National Security Agency) gathers this information on the very wide basis (excuse really) of National Security. Very convenient I would say that this key and very wide/broad term of National Security is in the name of the agency. And besides being in a different building, why even create the NSA when the CIA can do the same shit? I assume because the name of the CIA comes with the well known baggage of assassinations and undercover spy work.

I should become the founder of the De-centralized Intelligence Consulting Keepsake Services, which shall be in charge of throwing off the people of the USA. Generally, the tasks of this group will include camouflaging other agencies' tactics and missions to appear to be something mundane.

We also have an awesome acronym for our group.

Happy to provide additional clarity to any who are genuinely interested.
Can you please share some Establishment/CIA/Pro War talking points for us today, I have really not heard enough of them on these forums.

Seriously, There is youtube if you really want to share with others.... you could start your own Channel and perhaps we'll even share it on these very forums. You could model it after some great youtube channels such as;

-The channel Liberty Report by former Senator Dr. Ron Paul
-the channel Empire Files by Abbey Martin
-the channel Blackstone Intelligence, by Jake Morphonios who was Dr. Rand Paul's senior campaign official

our illustrious government has been spying on it's citizens for decades. Anybody that thinks otherwise is uninformed.
