Is the V12 from Mercedes, with Cosworth mods? The article says Cosworth was involved. Is Cosworth casting its own V12 block and heads?

Thank God there's a convertible. I mean, that's the main reason I didn't get one. Another, considerably smaller reason is that I can't afford it.
