What did you not like about it?
Personally I think they fucked up the looks. It looks all plastic and cheap on the front end and fenders etc. A plane 1500 looks much 'truckish' and capable to me.

Mainly the size, living with it day to day. I understand that to some people this would be a positive, so if that is your thing, you should check out one out. It also seemed slower to me than the numbers would suggest. I am much happier with my Rubicon 392, although that's apples to oranges.

You are not alone, I just bought a used Tacoma that I’m going to build into a fun DD/mild trail, toy hauler. Just doing a modest 2 inch lift, bigger tires and probably going to supercharge it later this year. Magnusson makes a nice kit for the V6s.

Not alone. Here’s my daily. Leveled on 33’s, borla exhaust with coyote v8, raptor paddle shifter steering wheel so I don’t ever have to use automatic mode which I despise, running e85 with a 5 star tune. Fun truck but plan on trading up for 18+ with the 10 speed and throw a whipple on for an 800hp daily truck. Also can’t figure out how to rotate the picture.

I use big and cumbersome equipment when I know where to use it. Big trucks or jeeps are useful for those who want to drive in a 'tank' or ride off-road. Then buying such a car makes sense, you know. For example, I wouldn't buy a big tractor like this https://www.truck1.eu/tractor-units/scania-s580-v8-longline-xxl-for-sale-a4651563.html if I didn't need to haul large amounts of goods in the back. I'm in the farming business. So I often haul lots of pounds of large pumpkins or corn from my great farm. The tractor, in my case, comes to my rescue. But why do you need big cars and trucks, man? I'm interested in your answer, at least from a psychological standpoint. Is it just for fun?

I have a2017 RAM 2500 that I bought new. Today it has 28k miles, most put on yr 1 and 2. It sits parked most of the time but at least once a week we find a use for it. Will be my sons first car in a couple years. 6.4 liter, stock other than a leveling kit, BMF wheels and some 35s. I love a truck and will always have one in the fleet. Had a 2010 F-350 diesel before that.
