Lost Office after dealer visit

On my way home after collecting my car from the dealer (recall and quality enhancements) i noticed i have lost all the functions from Office that i used to get such as SMS, email etc. all i see now is contacts.

I haven't changed any settings on the car or phone? Any ideas why.

Will talk to the dealer tomorrow but didn't think they did anything with software etc.?

Did you code EBT yourself?

Have you tried unpairing the phone from the car and vica versa then repairing?

What version TX and MX are installed? Check your "software update" page in Nav.

I had something similar, except not after a dealer visit. My iDrive decided one day that it hated the USB stick I'd inserted and it crashed and reset. With the USB drive in situ it kept crashing and resetting about once every 5 minutes. After removing the USB stick it stopped crashing but...

Once restarted I noticed that anything requiring data connectivity was missing from iDrive. Phone was working, GPS too, but anything that would involve iDrive going online in a data connection was gone.

It was sorted in about 5 minutes with a trip to the dealer, who simply erased and reinstalled the software.
