Forza is not really a sim in comparison to the PC options with good VR support. I like Asseto Corsa. Has good VR support and a great mod community that has created most of the tracks I take the Z4 to. It's super helpful to learn the tracks.
The newer Asseto Corsa Competizione looks better, is a bit buggy because it's new, has limited mod support, but has decent VR support afaik. I've never played it. |

I've tried VR in Assetto Corsa (original) and iRacing. iRacing is much better. AC was good but iRacing has better image quality and immersion. I would think AC Competizone will be very good, but haven't played it.

If we are talking strictly the VR implementation within the engine... Gameplay, FFB, all that aside. Id say it is something around this order:
1: Iracing 2: Project Cars 2 3: Assetto Corsa 4: Assetto Corsa Comp I havent played iracing in a few years but it was a great experience back then and im sure it is now. Project Cars 2 isnt the best sim but the vr implementation is excellent imo. I know auutomobilista 2 is based on the same engine as pc2 so maybe there is something there but i have not played it yet. AC is my all time favorite sim. I have like 600 hours? I think the VR support is good and i dont really have any day to day major issues. Mod support is the killer feature. ACC should be above AC in the list but the general engine optimization is not great. I have a beefy ass system and still kinda runs iffy here and there. So i throw it down a peg. AC is more reliable in that sense. No mod support hurts it imo. This is coming from a CV1 Oculus user. Which i am really wanting to upgrade, the resolution is taking a toll on me after a few years of its low res. HP Reverb 2 is suppose to be a great set and specifically for sim racing. Im concerned with using the windows vr drivers tho. |

So far I run asseto corsa competiziones in VR.
Some of the others look great to but I am dialed into acc and get the most satisfaction from it. |

I think iRacing is best for VR. I use a Pimax 5K and it is very immersive.
Assetto Corsa is also very good. Dirt Rally 2.0 makes me nauseous in VR, although there is much more movement in that game. |

I spend most of my time in iRacing - I have a Valve Index which ran well with an RTX 2080 rtx ti and since I've upgraded to the 3090 it basically runs on max settings! Assetto Corsa is much more power hungry so it can ask a lot of the GPU. iRacing gets my vote!!

I'm on an Index as well with a 2080ti too. I haven't tried iRacing, but Assetto Corsa is the smoothest and most fun with ACC being a close second that looks a lot better and is more immersive, but more difficult. I'll have to give iRacing a shot. But there are an infinite number of cars available for AC. So that's hard to beat.

Automobilista 2 is beautiful in VR. Its not AC with custom shaders patches but it's really nice out of the box. Ran everything on ultra in 2K with a 5700xt and 4core i7. After the recent V1.4 update AMS2 is on par with ACC as far as drivong experience and FFB on my csl DD.

Project Cars 2 is my go to for fun; some long coastal drives / road tracks in VR are amazing. Definitely not the most technical sim, but fun.
