I've done five 70.3 iron mans. I swam competitively in college and now at 26, I'm a total endorphin freak (runners high) as well (ran the LA marathon 4 times as well as countless others) If I had the time- id consider training to qualify for a full ironman however- that takes incredible dedication, where it's literally a full time job.
I don't skip many swims a day- which is what keeps me lean. I had a period where I stopped swimming for about a month a few years back and gained no joke 25 lbs that month, so it's something I must do, plus I've found it to be my therapy. (I average from 4-6 miles a night) So I guess that makes two of us!

I have in the past but not for a few years (maybe 6). 2 Full Iron Man, 5 half, numerous Olympic and sprint, 2 from Alcatraz. Then a lot of running events. Tore ACL (soccer, nothing to do with the rest) about 10 months ago so all running stopped but slowly getting back into it. Probably just going to run, rest takes more time than I am interested in.

I used to! I swam competitively in college (500m freestyle) and would participate in open water races when local. I fear the day I stop because I'm going to blow up lol (I eat easily 6000 calories a day and I'm still pretty svelte)

I am training for an Olympic now and with my travel schedule, I am lucky to be able to squeeze in one hour every day. Did half a marathon few weeks ago and intend on finishing at least two Olympic distances this season. 3
