Ok here's my first question. I find it gross that guys like boob implants, especially the bolt-on looking ones. To give a different perspective: If penis implants were the same price as boob implants and the equipment worked the same but it was obvious that you went and got them enhanced, would you get the surgery?

1st. Most guys don't like boob implants, they like boobs, fake or real is secondary.

C. I wouldn't get the surgery even if it was untraceable. But i'm very sure that some, likely many, would be lined up around the block for that surgery.

I've never gotten them either to be honest. That being said they don't all look horrible. A friend of mine got implants after a double mastectomy, her new boobs look and feel very nice (yes she let a bunch of people touch them, yes we were drunk, yes it was weird once we all sobered up).

I wont say they felt real real, but they we very expensive and it shows. Theyre bigger than her natural boobs (by a cup size or two I think) but they dont look out of place or like bolt ons.
