Looks like urban legend to me, but lucky guy if true, he is rich now!

I saw a place like that in Cyprus in 83, the place was filled with cars with dust everywhere, it was in the green zone on the Greek side so nobody but blue berets had acces to it, to a point. It was mouth watering...

i wonder how you sell them without any certificates or documents to prove the cars are yours
