Not able to activate account, no email received?

I have sent multiple requests to admin, plus contact via twitter and Facebook. Yet the username I wanted ( Risco ) never receives the activation email. I was using a hotmail account and nothing in the junk folder?

I had issues with hotmail

Seems like they are blocking outbound to hotmail OR hotmail has them blackholed

Yeah, its is very weird. Would prefer to use the other name.
