I find it hard to believe that 200 mph is "easy" with 500 hp in one of these cars. Why does a YouTube search not turn up 500 videos if it is? 500 hp is "easy" these days. I think a lot of what's going on here is idiots holding their iphones up to the stock speedometer. 200 mph GPS indicated? Show me more than 10 videos if it's "easy."

there is a vid on youtube supposedly stock m340i doing 300kph in the autobahn but who knows if that's real stock or what.

my stock WAGON m340i will hit the limiter of 155mph (250kph) with ease, don't even need that much road

I never understood some people's fascination in high hp performance cars without caring about their actual performance. Just get a Corolla or a Bronco then. 0-60 is pointless because traction and launch control-dependent but top end is interesting because it very well reflects improvements in your car's performance as you add mods. That's why most people look at the 1/4 mile trap speed and the 60-130 time and not the 0-60.
