If you are willing to drive down to Richmond (I-95 is a nightmare), this is the shop I work at. We have ISTA, I drive what I work on (4 BMW's. Yikes, lol), I was a BMW Master + Shop Foreman before I left the Dealer (15 year tour).

I'll ask around my shop for NoVA recommendations as I am semi-unfamiliar with that area.

Scandinavian Imports is a great shop in your neighborhood. Bogdan is a BMWNCC club sponsor . Reasonable prices and they are honest.
