Although I do not have direct experience on weight loss at that weight level, I have found that Intermittent Fasting (16/8) which means 16 hours fast and 8 hours to eat has worked great in combination with exercise. For exercise, I have found weight lifting (circuits) and generating muscle is the best way to burn fat as it encourages continuous calorie burn even when you are at a resting state.
If you have less time to be in the gym to do weight training, I would do circuits so that you add a form of cardio to your lifting. Note, I was doing Intermittent Fasting with mostly just cardio (swimming/elliptical) and I was not seeing the progress that I did in one month of weight training in combination with intermittent fasting.

The most useful advice is to access the services of a nutritionist because he will tell you what to do: what analyzes you need, what products will suit you, what activity will be the ideal option for you because everything is individualized and when you want to lose weight, all this is important. At least, this is how I came to my best form.

Hello. I'm new here. and I'm a fitness freak and I just want to suggest about how you can loose your weight. Firstly you have to maintain your diet and include some nutritious food also do exercise on daily basis. Consistent aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, is one of the best ways of losing body fat. It should be done for at least 30 minutes every day. For some people, more activity may be necessary to maintain weight loss and weight maintenance. Any extra movement helps burn calories. Simple lifestyle changes are the best way to make a change.

Yoga With Adriene on YT. Yoga is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Still need an aerobic activity as well, but look up health benefits of yoga. It’s phenomenal for both physical and mental health.
