The Z4 and Supra are both made at the Magna Steyr plant in Graz, Austria. It was a collaboration between the two companies where BMW made the convertible and Toyota made the coupe so unless BMW pays Toyota a nice royalty this Alpina concept car will never be produced.

If there's money to be made, why wouldn't it happen? But that's the key question - could such a car be profitable? Especially hard to tell given the overall state of the car business, supply chain, rampant inflation, etc.

I like the Supra a lot. Now that a 6MT version is in the wings, I'm considering swapping my Golf R for one, IF I can procure one at MSRP. Toyota dealer in my town claims no markups on anything. I may test them in a few months.

I agree that the Supra is a beautiful car and a head turner. If I wasn't a convertible person I would definitely consider it.

I generally hate the Alpina wheels. It's a no from me.

This is the ultimate "itz a BmW" and it's the greatest production car of all time by several magnitudes.

Too bad inbreds who say that don't know anything about cars anyway.
