Fellas,

the kid is legit. He has been racing since 8 years old. Here is his site:

http://www.denislavshishev.com/about/

If you open it with Google Chrome, you can attempt to translate that to English. Unfortunately, they have a long way to improve on the translate function as some of the sentences make no sense.

What I don't understand is why did he go through all that expense and work to only get 441hp from that monster engine?

Are you thinking compared to the E60 M5, with 5-something HP at the motor?

'Cuz this is at the wheel.

So probably 6-something from the kid's motor, which I think is pretty damn legit for a NA motor, especially in a Z3M hatch body.

Hey ! My name is Daniel and I live in Bulgaria.
First of all Bulgarian women are not dumb. You are not even close. And yes they are very hot...Every rule has an exception though.
Second - Why do you wonder how an UK car got here ? It isn't impossible to import these,so I don't understand what's the problem. Many people import these RHD vehicles because they are a lot cheaper.
Third - This boy has another monster in his garage - E30 ///M3 but with S62

Here are some more pics of the car:

The boy (Denis) did not build the car on his own. He is a professional racing driver and as you would expect has a mechanical team behind supporting and helping him. The car is very fast and the Denis drives just mind blowing !

As my colleagues from Bulgaria said, you're damn right about the beauty of the Bulgarian girls And they are very smart too, don't underestimate them

And now on topic... Denis is a friend of mine, and I can say for sure, that he's one of the most talented racing drivers I've ever seen... We have been together on the track for many times, and he amazes me every time, and he is still only 18 ears old... Only the f***in economical crisis is messing his growth... He, his father and their team have been a main part of every stage of the project... Off course the limited budget necessitate making some compromises with the quality and the reliability of the car... The engine is standard except some management modifications, the gearbox is still the 7 speed SMG, the car also still have the navigation system and all the electronics needed for the proper functioning of the engine. The SMG is still refusing to downshift on extreme braking, because of the G-sensor, and they still can't isolate this problem and Denis is forced to drive slowly through some of the turns and when accelerating after them... Except all that the car is made professional and is working... Underneath they use Intrax suspension, AP Racing brakes etc. so the car is very serious track weapon... As he said personaly "the car is handling like nothing I've ever driven"... He managed to achieve more than 250kph on the straights and was hard to keep traction until 4th gear, despite the huge slick tyres on the rear end...

So, friends, as you said the car is amazing, the boy is also a huge pistonhead, dedicated all his life so far (and in the future I think) on the BMWs and motorsports. He totally refuses to race in a different car than BMW and also cruises in daily driving in one of his BMWs - E36 M3 Cabrio, E46 M3, E92 M3, S50B32 powered E36 Compact and have another race car used in the past - S62 powered E30

You can see some racing onboard clips on http://www.denislavshishev.com/galle...rd-videos.html
Also there is an interesting video of some tests in GP2 car in Italy here - http://www.denislavshishev.com/galle...ed-videos.html

If someone can help with fixing the problem with the G sensor, which is recording error on every extreme slowing down when the car generates more than 3G decceleration, they will be very thankfull...

Best regards
Aleksandar Tsvetkov

Holy shit guys, I know they have sarcasm over there! I am marrying my Bulgarian chick and she's the smartest and quickest witted girl I know. It was just a joke. That being said, I had an absolute blast in BG and am probably going back next spring. I don't think anyone thinks Bulgarians are cavemen...

Sorry for not understanding your sarcasm, but it didn't sound like one I'm glad to hear that from you, so, when you came back here in BG, feel free to contact some of us from the Bulgarian BMW society to show you "the Bulgarian way"... As you said, we are far far away from cavemen and we know some stuff about BMWs Maybe more than most of the people in the states... The difference is in the living standard unfortunately...

Sorry for changing the subject of the tread... Let's go back to it's topic...

Yeah someone posted this video on here so we know how the Bulgarians pull off a car meet. My chicks parents still live there (Шумен) and her cousins live in Sofia so we can go whenever we want... it's just a pain in the ass with all of the flights and in the summer it's like $1,400 round trip per person. I wish it was cheaper because we'd go all the time and hang at the Black Sea.

One thing I noticed is that whenever we ran into a group of people my age and they found out I was American they would just start speaking English... and not even broken English - they speak it better than most Americans and everyone was extremely friendly. Great people.

Nazdrave!
