There's no race. There will be a formation lap but they'll continue behind the SC and finish in the order of the previous restart.

From what I understand it's a rolling start and then race for 1 lap.

With a red flag, the race is set back with 1 lap I believe.

I understood it as a rolling start but as soon as they get going and come on the main straight and cross the Finish Line it's over. Dumbest decision ever.
