IMO Spa and the Nordschleife are definitely more iconic. Followed by Monza and Silverstone and the old but now defunct Hockenheimring.
Zandvoort has lots bags of history as well though.

Actually, I was at the last Dutch GP back in 1985. Prost won, Lauda got second place. Senna third.
As a super young kid visiting, I still fondly remember the magic, standing in the dunes with 25 Guilders tickets. The beginning of my love affair with F1

And I did some Zandvoort tracktime last year with a race prepped e92. Looked to me that overtaking is a challenge on this track. Maybe the Tarzan Turn (end of straight).

Do you think Karen Horner calling the race director 30 seconds after the incident isn't an attempt to influence the outcome? I suggest you go back and listen to the tape after the collision.

Further, RBR, clearly brought the sport into disrepute with their verbal foolishness and slander of Sir Lewis over the ensuing weeks. I never though I'd say it but I wish Max Mosely had been in charge...they would have been sanctioned for this BS. They have further exposed themselves as the mountebanks they are.

Then he would have had to DQ Max for about 10 races since he started as well as sanctioned him a few times this year and last for his Bump-Passes. Passes where he bounces off a car to complete his pass. And he still moves in the braking zone.

Close observation of Mosely during his time as head of F1. Remember. Back then a protest of that nature may result in an additional penalty. Especially with the crazy pronouncements made after the event.
