I like your idea of a getting a canyon cruise together Sedan_Clan. Maybe follow it up with some more rounds at one of the ranges? I got the itch back after having not shot in forever.

We could cruise ACH early and then hit up the range near there. I would love to get a private bay and work rifle-to-pistol transition drills with a shot timer.

Can you confirm that putting on my flashers allows me carte Blanche in terms of parking anywhere that is normally illegal? Fire hydrants, handicap, red zones, peoples' driveway, random spots in the middle of a street

As long as you're making some kind of delivery. At least that seems to be the case. Apparently landscapers can also park on sidewalks.

I feel like if you have a rotating light on the roof or on the dash (amber, red or red/blue) it would be acceptable.

All you need is at minimum one of the following three;

A) gov't or state plates
B) bumper full of hippie stickers
C) GMC or Chevy SUV with a stick figure family sticker on the back

Those allow you to do whatever you want

I must admit, I laughed out loud when I read this about the armed robber that was shot by the elderly store owner in CA. Running out of the store saying "He shot my arm off". Good for him, too bad the owner had a heart attack afterwards.

Crazy right?!? At least they will be prosecuted in Riverside County. That same crime committed in L.A. County would've gone without prosecution.

I was pleasantly surprised to see bail was set for $500K.
