What do these service icons and colours mean in this BMW service record?

Thinking of buying this X5 and was sent the service record (see pics attached). Can someone tell me if it all looks ok? I am super confused by the icons and colours and what exactly they mean?

For example the last service record in 2021, there are 2 icons that are orange, got some numbers inside and a tick below each box. What does that even mean? There are also some red icons at previous services. What do they mean?

The red icons with the check meant that the service was done after the recommended mileage or date. The recommended mileage or date is shown and mileage past the recommended mileage is in red.
