Hahaha! My 2 teenage sons use this all of the time. I was actually being funny using it here specifically.
But in daily conversations, no way.

No Cap/Capping: Cap is another word for lie. Saying “no cap” means that you aren't lying, or if you say someone is “capping,” then you are saying they are lying. Examples: “I'm actually going to be productive today, no cap.” “You actually got tickets to the Bad Bunny concert? You're capping.”

I have deliberately slipped in zoomer slang on some of my business calls when I see there are zoomers on the meeting just to make them cringe. I love it.
