Yeah, but the reason the procedural folly occurred was a direct result of the manner in which they were trying to use the witness' testimony. The judge had already said the day prior that in order to make the case the government had to prove Crippen knew he was breaking law when modding xboxs (paraphrasing). That's why they introduced the new testimony about inserting the pirated game. However, the evidence you provided on our friend here doesn't meet the original obligation set by the judge regardless of procedural follies. All he's really said is that he mods and repairs xboxs.

I may have made a right turns on red when there was a sign CLEARLY STATING no right turns on red. Also, I may have fished a couple times without a permit if you'd like to report anonymous tips on those also.

Exactly. It was dismissed because new testimony was introduced at trial that wasn't revealed during discovery, not because the charges/law have no merit.

There is clear evidence in this thread that Toker knows he broke the law: specifically, the parts where he admits to being arrested for the same act before in addition to him stating the illegality is why he does it "on the low" now. There is plenty of mens rea here.

got smoked by another GTR heavily modded

also lost by .2 to a 6.0 GTO modded

spanked a 2008 shelby gt500 cobra though
