The location is correct. It's the Seikando bookstore made to look like the castle. Nagano was the site of the 1998 Winter Olympics.

DING DING DING!!! We have a winner. I always wanted to go there since it is a very unique part of the US. I was on a job in Delta, BC and staying in Tsawwassen so I crossed off a traveling bucket list item and went to Point Roberts. I might have made an illegal border crossing there as I crossed into the US and had a few pictures where I stood on the Canadian side to take.

I'm not sure it's THE desk. I think it's just a mockup of his office at the white house for pictures. The site itself is where his inauguration took place due to the assassination of the previous president. As far as I recall it's just someones house where he was at the time. Could be wrong it's been a few years.
