Oh, no doubt. I'm buying the game, just not anytime soon. Prices are way too hiked up imho. Got forza 2, and is definitely on my list

Just need backups because MS has said their 360 scratches games. My backup got SUPER scratched up once...it was ridiculous. I'm glad I didn't have the original game in there.

I love pirating stuff but think $70 is a fair deal when you consider the amount of time you will spend in playing this game (well, me atleast).

P.S: Not being a fan or anything. GT:5 will be miles ahead!

My mobo has sata. So I connect the xbox drive to my mobo sata cable. Use the correct program on my win7 machine to flash the xbox drive? No xbox live. What about xbox updates?

Just visit xbox-scene b4 major updates to make sure they are not banning. Right now they are banning live accounts but not systems. M$ has banned consoles but that was in the begining. Now the hackers released and continue to release updated firmware hacks which are completly stealth to checks they are aware of, i play madden on live against me bro in law and once in a while halo and i never got banned. I havent heard of anyones console getting banned for some time now, maybe a year or two. Just keep up to date with the latest FW.

Will do. I just feel safer speaking to actual people before possible ruining my system. Im still researching to verify how to mod the 360. The wii and ps2 were easy.

If you go to xbox-scene/formus and visit their BST thread you can find a modded refurb for around $80.

lol, so I make 20, but then ebay and paypal eat the profit in their fees, and shipping is an arm and a leg....I'll be without body parts at the end of the transaction! :P

So I'm beginning to notice small glitches and minor imperfections in the game...anyone else notice?
