I'm guessing he didn't straighten it because he didn't want to sacrifice the perfect reflection of the tallest building?

The latitude of Everett is fairly high up, hence the slant of the water.

Interesting one Mark. I like the rock in the close foreground and the dark blue in the top of the sky. Normally I'd object to cutting it almost in half, but the rock seems to balance it out nicely.

Yeah, I wasn't keen on the 50/50 split, but there was no way to RoT balance it without taking out either the rock or the tree. Looks better at 50/50.
