Interestingly Alonso is at 8/1 and Leclerc at 9/1 so Chas under pressure.

No one can beat RB this year, the championship is over. They took at winning design and refined way beyond anything else on the grid. Everyone else is still trying to figure out their car. Newey has too much experience with ground effect cars and he’s brilliant.

Merc just brought back James Allison, he’s not Newey but also a brilliant designer. They have some serious work to do but I can see them improving.

Ferrari is still recovering from the Harry Potter era, and with their politics and unrealistic expectations will melt under pressure until the culture changes.

Aston might be a flash in the pan, I want to see a few results before I jump on the bandwagon. Although Alonso has taken the team up a notch.

So the MB era is over and we have a Red Bull one. The Formula 1 cycle continues. I don't mind it. RB beating Mclaren win percentage would be cool with 23 races. The mid field battles will be awesome.

Still very excited for this season.

As also said last year, I subscribe to the view of many that this circuit does not belong on the F1 race calendar. It's way too dangerous for the drivers. Should an accident happen injuring or killing a driver, everyone will agree that it was irresponsible of FIA to include this circuit. Last year Verstappen made no secret of that.

I can not believe the new Jeddah circuit was approved by the 2021 FIA safety regulations !
The Jeddah street circuit has several blind topspeed corners surrounded by walls !
This while Spa-Francorchamps had to invest '80 million Euro's to make the track wider with run-offs to make it safer ..

I really hope that Jeddah will be canceled by the FIA in 2023 !

In other words : The 2023 RB19 is extremely well balanced and very fast in the corners of the track .

The excellent balance gives an advantage in reduced tire wear .
And as usual , MAX won't take prisoners ...
