What I don’t know if it has been even lower recently. I suspect so since there were a couple of generators running, and I saw a headline saying there would be irrigation releases soon.

Years ago I drove by Shasta and it was way down, and then a few years later it had fully recovered. I haven’t been there in so long I have no idea how it looks - but this season’s snowpack is a good sign for the northern reservoirs.
