Any fool can paint a car black colour but anyone doing it for political reasons not for the love of the looks and impact on the race team must have his head examined lol I'd call it a toss up in between RB, Alfa and Ferrari as no.1 easy for fan impact.
Aston is in 'that' colour so no votes from me there.

With testing imminent the expectations in a nutshell are that Ferrari will be quick with their new S duct innovation but will probably have to dump the shown f/wing, Merc will struggle as they did in their 'shake down' day at Silverstone, the RB19 when shown will be something special and will be putting in a lot of testing miles to hone it being unlikely to get it wrong seing the cut in their wind tunnel time. It's Newey time.
