An ultra clean '56 Bel Air I shot today. Will be at Mecum SC23. Cars like this are so easy to shoot because there are so many details, unlike the 60's cars where they wanted everything to look laid back but have a huge engine. I would have shot this car for free.

Some screen caps from Larry Chen's recent video. Such a dream.

I get it, to an extent, but do enjoy some cars slammed, like the blue Silvia pictured above. I'm finding that if you really slam a car and have your camber at nearly 0°, like the FC in the video, it looks very odd. However, -3° matched is dreamy IMO.

Slammed stands out - I like it sometimes on certain cars - with airbag suspension.

Not a pic, but a cool video. I first came across Runge a few years ago. I think I might have posted a pic or video somewhere on here. I love the 356 Outlaws and I guess that's why I like this guys work. Too rich for my blood, but some very cool projects.

So in the home stretch now, mostly finishing touches. Matt had the car out a few days ago for a drive around the parking lot. When the gear box was rebuilt they put the wrong speedo gear in, new one on order. Brakes and clutch are bled and the grill and leather straps are on. It's getting close.
