Decent shoulders last night.

During warm-up elliptical, there was this chick a few rows in from on treadmill. There was just something about the way she jiggled with each step.

Run planned for after work.

On vacation and taking the week off from weights. Will be back in the gym on Monday.

I always feel refreshed and stronger after taking a week off (actually 9 days), so I like to do this 3 or 4 times a year.

Was at the gym and walked by some guy using the hand dryer to dry his hair. He kept running his fingers through his hair and shifting back and forth. I, along with another guy, just shook our head as this guy dried his balls.

Hopefully I'll get around to arms tonight. Want to hit the driving range first, but I am craving a good drink after a hectic end to my work week haha.

Was it her fat ass? Or was it the many spare tires she was carrying that got you excited

It was strangely attractive, yet still not anything I would normally fancy. Not big, not really pear-shaped. But just a single ripple would flow thru each step. I was envisioning that it would respond in a similar fashion were I to pile drive from behind

Be right back

Friday night I tried to run, but even with a whole tube of glucose tablets I couldn't keep my blood sugar above 60.
Saturday I gardened, and didn't put on my knee brace to get down on the ground, pulled all the weeds from a standing position. DAMN but my hams hurt on Sunday!

Instagram is the worst place to look at lifting related stuff.

At the gym you feel pretty decent about yourself. Go on IG and then 11 year olds are lifting your weight. and 85 year old men are leaner and more muscular than you.

First day back in the gym today since getting sick and missing all of last week.

I lost 6 lbs!!!!! Only good thing about that is all my abs are showing again.

Other than that...hit 275 on the Incline Bench for 9 reps...go figure?

I always lose weight when I get sick. Usually water weight cause you'll get it back on in a day or two

Was gonna go to the gym this morning but decided to use today as a rest day

Or BioFreeze. But generally you only do this 3 times in your life. Remember, Moddy has different "biology" than the rest of us.

First day back in the gym since the 14th (vacation break) and felt really fresh. It really does do a body good to take short breaks from the weights. Did squats, RDLs, bulgarian split squats and calf work.

Nothing feels better then getting back in there after a long stretch off. Body usually feels 100% and itching to work hard.

Rmtt, it's tough losing those hard worked lbs but im sure you're looking lean and mean amigo!

Yeah....but you know how you're mind plays tricks on you. I'm my own worst critic!

But dropping that weight had veins the size of my pinkie standing out in my triceps. I get so vascular it's crazy...my wife hates it.

I hear ya, definitely tough after being sick!

Hahaha, I'm finally down to a weight where my vascularity is pretty noticeable, for now my fiance seems to like it . I feel like vascularity is one of those things that comes with age as well, over the years I've just continued to get more and more, hopefully it doesn't get out of control. Not trying to look like Frank McGrath lmao
