Pretty confident that He-man was one of the reasons I started hitting the gym early in life. Not impossible ..just something that's difficult to achieve.

Exactly what I thought, too. This is Netflix, after all. Barring that, it looked pretty damn good. I really hope they just stick to entertaining and not "educating," but who am I kidding?

True Story:
One of my companies was looking to buy the rights to He-Man about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, we were not able to buy the rights as it was not for sale. But the owner had no plans to do anything with the franchise. Looks like they finally struck a deal with Netflix. Good for them. Hope they do a good job.

I watched this off/on as a kid when reruns were on & enjoyed it and ThunderCats. Will definitely give this a try

My daughter was a big fan of He-Man when she was little. We even saw the movie, Masters of the Universe, in the theater. We also went to Universal Studios Hollywood, where they had people dressed up like the characters in the show. When my daughter, who was five years old, saw He-Man, she was so shy and bashful she couldn't go up to him. I had to help/assist her so we could get pics. We have photos of her and him around here somewhere. Will have to look for them.
